Today, I am grateful for:
- life;
- sunshine;
- homeostasis;
- sweating when I work my muscles harder;
- the ability to run;
- gym memberships;
- the post-workout ache;
- aching abs and butt the day after;
- Boyfriend feeling a little better;
- a car to get around;
- regenerative sleep;
- waking up with him.
